Adrian excels at solving complex business development problems. He enjoys the delicate nature of probing into symptoms to get to the root cause. Ultimately, he believes there are no problems, just finer possibilities to uncover and intimately get to know.
Throughout his life, Adrian has cultivated a deep love of learning. Often a simple question takes him on a multi-faceted exploration. He believes creative genius occurs spontaneously as we relax into the unknown. It’s from this blank space of empty curiosity that his most ingenious work comes from.
For the last 17 years, Adrian has been deeply immersed in research — testing, modeling, questioning trends and marketing practices. His methods and work are based on authentic discovery.
Since the age of 23, Adrian has scaled three agencies, two of which went from zero to over $1MM in revenue in just over a year.
He has worked with some of the most reputable companies in the world, including Siemens, Labatt Brewery, Givenchy, General Electric, and many passionate entrepreneurs with unique stories and interests.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ARCHITECT
Raymond excels at helping people clarify their approach to customer relationships. Working backward from this new standard, he works closely with clients to design their ideal customer relationship experiences as well as the internal experiences to get the work done.
His passion for customer experience design was sparked on a seemingly ordinary day in 1978 as he dropped his mom off at work. It was the last place in the world she wanted to be. This realization set him off on a life-long journey to understand the underlying intricacies that distinguish ordinary companies from those that nourish our souls.
The work Raymond does is about shifting perspective. It’s about creating the flow that enables constant new beginnings and refreshed relationships.
Raymond is an asset to any team. He enjoys working with companies through their varying stages of development — whether that’s a startup welcoming employee number one or a grocery chain with over 2000 stores.
Andrea excels at making it simple for people to navigate coplex topics, through user focused design. She's remarkably brilliant at distilling information and making sense of the user experience, using this skill to architect simple websites and creative assets.
Andrea has a background in urban design, which is a field that focuses on user experiences and connections to create pleasant and highly functional spaces.
Andrea is versatile across different media, able to connect it all back to the customer journey. She coreographs creative asset development, working closeing with our design team along the way.
Irena excels at creating clean designs to bring compound ideas closer to the user through arresting visuals. She’s good at translating words into imagery, using this skill to make any content more approachable and easily remembered.
Irene’s background in architecture gives her a unique perspective that values precision and geometry in everything she creates. Using her expertise with various drawing and design programs, she meticulously creates and edits impactful designs with ease.
Having a wide spectrum of such creative interests she understands more easily the different ways in which people connect and how they perceive ideas and work from different angles, this helps in the creation of user friendly design.
Tomoko excels at discovering words that captivate audiences and connect them across moments in time.
From the time she could ride a bike, she would head to the library. She’d often lug home 10 books at a time. The stories propelled into other worlds. She would read until her eyes burned and her parents shook their heads.
The day Tomoko realized that it was the words that created these vivid worlds, she knew what she wanted to do. This realization led to studying copyediting at the University of California. After graduating, she went on to complete AWAI’s copywriting program.
Tomoko brings more than 10 years of copywriting experience to our clients’ projects. Her experience includes work for global brands using a variety of traditional and digital media.
